1. About This Website
This website is operated by Global Fasteners Exports, a division of Hurain Engitech & Trade. It provides information about our industrial fastener products and lets you submit inquiries; it does not process online payments or place binding orders by itself.
2. Quotes & Orders
Product information, specifications, and any pricing indicators on this site are for reference only and do not constitute a binding offer. All quotes, minimum order quantities, lead times, and shipping terms (FOB/CIF/CFR) are confirmed individually in writing between Global Fasteners Exports and the buyer before an order is placed.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment terms are 50% advance payment to confirm the order and begin production or sourcing, with the remaining 50% due before dispatch once all export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and mill test certificates where applicable) has been completed.
4. Product Specifications
We manufacture or source products to the standard (DIN, ISO, ASTM, BIS, or JIS) agreed with the buyer at the time of order. Buyers are responsible for confirming that the specification ordered is suitable for their intended application.
5. Export Compliance
Buyers are responsible for confirming that importing our products into their destination country complies with local law, including any applicable duties, permits, or restrictions. Global Fasteners Exports provides standard export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and mill test certificates where applicable) but does not provide legal or customs advice.
